This is the official account deletion policy for the Application mobile application published on Google Play by Jaynik Eduserve Private Limited.
Jaynik Eduserve Private Limited respects user privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account by following these steps:
- Open the Application mobile application
- Go to the Menu or Settings section
- Tap on “Delete Account”
- Confirm the deletion request
Alternatively, users may request account deletion by emailing
support@studentink.co.in using their registered email address.
Once confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be deleted within 24 hours unless retention is legally required.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following user data may be permanently deleted upon account deletion request:
- User profile information
- Email address
- Phone number
- Login and account credentials
- Personal information associated with app usage
Data Retention Policy
